Been trying to keep the windows open instead of running the AC.  Weirdly enough, I tried thawing the frozen scallops for last nights dinner and after 6 hours in my house of 80 degrees, the scallops were still frozen in the middle!  You read that right, sitting in my sink for SIX HOURS at 80 degrees in the house!  Something there just not right.  The salmon was thawed, the shrimp suffered the same fate as the scallops.  Frozen still after 6 hours.  Oh, and we went with the spiralized yellow squash, mushrooms and capers as the side dish.  Cook that combo in ghee with some spring onions, salt & pepper, you’re good to go!  Tonight, dill pickled brined fried chicken along with dill pickle salad, cauliflower substituted for the pasta.  The Music Authority LIVE STREAM Show & Podcast...listen, like, comment, download, share, repeat daily on Listen Notes, Google Podcast Manager, Mixcloud, Player FM, Stitcher, Tune In, Podcast Addict, Cast Box, Radio Public, and Pocket Cast, and APPLE iTunes!
