Secondly…a few months ago we were taking bids on having some work done here, getting quotes…we chose to go with this one company, great reviews online for the local branch and about 50/50 for outside of my county.  Gave them the papers to file with the city…calls were returned in the beginning, was given a start date of June 1st.  So, now here it is June 4th…no crews, no work being done…gave them a down payment for materials and for paperwork filing.  I went to the city of Palm Bay today and found that no paperwork for permits were filed…so, now I know the date of June 1st was to shut me up.  I’m a radio guy…shut up?  AS IF I KNOW HOW!  Called the local office and got the owner’s number.  Gave him a call.  Left a long stern message, kept it civil.  I believe in second chances, so I’m giving them a second chance to do right!  IF they do not do right come Monday…anyone know what kind of lawyer I’ll need to call?  Gotta keep telling myself…GRATITUDE! THANKS!! APPRECIATION!!!
