Got some trees their much-needed leaf and branch trimming after the show yesterday… between thunderstorms.  Had two Bismarck Palms, one in the back yard and one in the south side yard, that I could not mow around as the leaves were blocking me.  That was fixed and re-mowed to get it all.  There is still one in the front yard that is surrounded by vicious saw tooth like leaf edged bromeliads.  Can’t get through them to trim out the tree.  The leaves edges are so sharp they ripped through my Lee jeans.  The third was a Queen Palm, I got the ladder and made quick work of those leaves that want to swat away anyone walking under it.
