Yard work and phone calls after the show today!  Went to pay the cable bill at the Spectrum Office Tuesday.  Payment kiosk is not active.  Last month I was told that they were waiting on a chip to get device working.  THAT, I could understand as most “chips” are in short supply at the is time.  A young man working there informed me this time; that the machines are being deactivated company wide.  Now one must sign in and wait for an agent, to be pitched all their phone specials.  Wasted half an hour waiting!  Calling ATT as we now have fiber optics in the area and now have an alternate choice!  Let’s see what they are offering!  Sorry, Spectrum, but my time is as valuable, and the waiting to give someone money is ridiculous! I just want to pay my bill and get out without the high pressure sales.
