Good doctor visit this morning! Weight is up…but I knew that, seeing we aren’t doing our causeway walks.  Painful clicking in my right shoulder stopped us from doing that trek.  All numbers except my weight all in great shape!  For the shoulder click, I was given a cortisone shot…lidocaine has pain reduced for now.  In three days, the cortisone is supposed to kick in!  IF it does, the walks start back up!
