Yes, I am TRYING to get healthy! In the morning I have a cup of hot tea, later in the morning a glass of a mixture of organic apple cider vinegar, Bragg’s brand...all of these are a quarter teaspoon...ginger juice, and MCT oil mixed with a pinch of sea salt, a packet of pure lime powder, 15 drops of liquid stevia, and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. All that inside 16 ounces of COLD water! Wish I could say it tasted good! Ohh, and a drop of colloidal iodine. With this I take my morning magnesium threonate, selenium, turmeric, vitamin d3, K2, b12, Cinnamon, Ester C, Stinging Nettle Root, Lions Mane, Pine Bark Extract, Rhodiola Rosea, Alpha GPC, and Huperzine A. THEN I eat an avocado with cayenne and lime juice.
