Yes. It IS true. I eat an avocado a day. Split it in two, remove the seed, cut the flesh on the diagonal and then the opposite way. A sprinkle of pink salt or Hawaiian Volcanic Black Salt, a few shakes of cayenne pepper and a packet of Real Lime, half to each side then just spoon it out and YUM! Vitamins, fiber, and HEALTHY fats.
