Wings for dinner. Homemade. I boil mine in water, half a stick of butter of the grass-fed cow variety, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a splash or three of cayenne pepper. Boil for about 40ish minutes, drain, cool in the freezer for about another 40ish minutes. Bake in the oven at 415 for around an hour. Tonight’s sauce a combination of Carolina Viper pepper sauce, Tabasco sauce, To Fong Chili Garlic Sauce, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, jalapeno powder, and ghee. Toss the wings and shake em to coat. Served with paper towels and bleu cheese!
