I spent the weekend at The Eis House Lodge…which IS part of the The Eis House Restaurant, too!  Great staff. Friendly…and above else, they listen when you ask questions.  They are not immersed in their phones, like many a person in many a place!  You always feel heard and what you ask is important there.  Great clean, quiet room.  The food was immensely wonderful!  I was delightfully surprised at just how good the Eis Eis Burger was.  Great flavor to the beef, with perfectly crispy bacon, cheddar cheese and a full-flavored hot sauce.  This taste bud delight was then stacked with tomato, lettuce, onion, and pickles.  It truly needed nothing.  I thought of adding ketchup, but I tasted it first, and thought to myself ketchup would not accentuate anything, but would hide the well blending flavors.  If ever in Mexico, New York, well worth a stop in for a fine meal and a place to lay your head down for a good night’s rest!   The Music Authority Podcast...listen, like, comment, download, share, repeat… heard daily on Podchaser, Deezer, Amazon Music, Audible, Listen Notes, Mixcloud, Player FM, Tune In, Podcast Addict, Cast Box, Radio Public, Pocket Cast, APPLE iTunes, and direct for the source distribution site: *Podcast - https://themusicauthority.transistor.fm/   The Music Authority Podcast!  Special Recorded Network Shows, too!  Different than my daily show!
