Laverne & Shirley, our two new 7-month-old kittens, are getting more and more comfortable with us. They now will sometimes, not often, but sometimes sit nearer to us on the couches. Last night I was having a bit of intestinal distress and Shirley sat right by me feet as I was prone on the couch dealing with the discomfort…showing me her concern and purring like she was trying to heal me. Loudest she’s ever purred since we got them here.
