My journey to kick Diet Coke has led me to sparkling mineral water with aged balsamic vinegar and lime. Weirdly enough, it is more of a mind hack to fool the brain…same coloration with the carbonation and when the lime is added it takes away the “vinegar” taste…mostly. You really have to find the proper mix to work for you, though. Still working mine out!
