“The 2025 Singles Release Retrospective” remembering April 2025!  Tried “Dave’s Hot Chicken” yesterday. Was not expecting it to be a dry rub! The bird was full of flavor, but also full of tendons. If you are hand breading, pull the tendons before the coating process. The tendons made texture of the great flavor of the meat seem tough. The “Extra-Hot” to me was just over mild…but I do prefer “Wing Stops” Atomic or their Haunted Habanero! Not enough “Dave’s Sauce” was issued…but even with this being just MY OPINION…the place was PACKED! Families, groups of friends, groups of co-workers. They must be doing something that the masses like. On a 1 to 10 scale, I give it a solid 7. But that’s just me. They have just opened.
