2019 started on a HIGH NOTE! Lori & I celebrated 33 years of love, fun & adventure together which included a California trip for family and for me to MC a Big Stir Records Show in Burbank...met so many great people! Spring brought about my cancer eradication through Proton Beam sessions! The summer brought about the near completion of our house renovation...near completion. Fall was were my journey was slowed down due to degenerative disc disease and an inflamed hip nerve joint setting me off to the sidelines for my day job. Winter, I had a great session on a SOUND TABLE with world renown Christopher Tims and his wife Yolanda! Sound vibrations freeing up all the areas that needed it, and a positive re-enforcement and visualization session. Did wonders for my mental well being! 2020, I’m prepped and ready for whatever you got..I’m stronger, getting weller and getting better!
