The follow up appointment to the nerve ablation went well!  Have to admit, this is the BEST I’ve felt in over a year, since this nerve back, hip, and leg situation happened!  Started the slow cutting back of the nerve meds...well, slowly have been,  as the better I’ve been feeling since the procedure happened.  Before the ablation, the meds were 4 times a day.  As of yesterday AND last night down to one dose..no leg cramps, no twisting leg, no pain, no “pop rocks” feeling around the ankles, no nerve buzz.  Nearly normal...or as normal as I can be, that is!  The Music Authority LIVE STREAM Show & Podcast...listen, like, comment, download, share, repeat daily on Mixcloud, Player FM, Stitcher, Tune In, Podcast Addict, Cast Box, Radio Public, and Pocket Cast, and APPLE iTunes!
