So, is it just me, or does it seem the goal of insurance companies is to discourage you to the point that you and your doctor just don’t have the time to fill out all the forms and nudge you to lose your coverage? My Doctor filled out paperwork, faxed it over on 12.24.19, my extension was, is, good till today. They faxed over forms on 12.30.19 JUST BEFORE THE HOLIDAY & WANT THEM BACK BY TODAY? WTH? My follow up is Monday! Oh, and my contact at the disability agency was back yesterday after being on VACA since before Christmas and works daily only until1230PM ET! WOW!
